- 6.15pm – 7pm formalities, speeches and family story
- 7 – 7.15pm mystery dining draw
- 7.15pm – 7.30pm guests travel to unique dining destinations
- 745pm – 10pm guests enjoy Supper Club
- 10pm – late guests enjoy after party (venue to be revealed soon)
