Boing Boing!

Check out Harry's jumping good effort.

Dunedin youngster Harry Willis took to the world’s steepest street to fundraise for our families.

The determined 11-year-old set a strict training regime to make sure he was ready to pogo stick up Baldwin Street in Dunedin on January 25.

Harry was inspired to support the House which became a ‘home away from home’ for his family while his 5-year-old sister Darcie was receiving treatment for Burkitt’s lymphoma.

He coincided his pogo stick attempt with a Cruise Ship anchoring in Dunedin, meaning there would be more people around to witness his attempt.

Harry raised more than $10,000 for our families, and we are so grateful for this innovative fundraising effort!
