Heather Bakkenes, House Manager

Heather Bakkenes is our House Manager working with the front of house team and volunteers. After spending most of her career in various management roles within financial services, Heather knows the value of communicating and working with a fabulous team. It’s important that you connect with the people you’re trying to help and find simple solutions to practical problems – everyone has a part to play.
Born and raised in Canterbury with 2 grown children, Heather is currently adapting to being an empty nester and is looking forward to a tidy house and less washing.
