Sharon Cocker

Sharon joined our team in November 2020 as General Manager of Operations. After 30 years in the travel industry, Sharon wanted a change and to gain back her passion for her work. Her background has always been operational and very hands on, and Sharon says she enjoys getting out there with her team, meeting the wonderful families that stay with us and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

“Some of the families are doing it really tough, and just simply talking to them and letting them know I care is paramount. Giving them my time – a friendly ear and a hug if they need one or putting a smile on their face and having a laugh, seems to be the best thing I can do.”

Sharon’s role is to make sure the House is running effectively and efficiently, ensuring everyone has what they need. 2021 is going to be a particularly big year, as the refurbishment of the House begins.
